Privacy
Privacy, in plain English.
Last updated: 9 May 2026. This page is the long version. The short version is: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything to anyone, and you can ask for it all to be deleted at any time.
What we collect
- Email address when you submit a free score, buy an audit, or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Business name, city, and state when you submit a free score (so the report makes sense).
- Payment details when you buy something — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
- Anonymous traffic stats via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual tracking.
What we don't collect
- We don't run Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, ever.
Cookies
The site doesn't set tracking cookies. The newsletter form (Buttondown) and payment processor (Stripe) may set their own cookies when you interact with them — those are documented on their own privacy pages.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask us to confirm what data we hold on you, send you a copy of it, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Use the contact form with "Data request" in the message and we'll respond within 30 days.
